Shipping policy

Our factory is located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China, so all our orders will be shipped directly from China. Retail orders will be shipped out with international air shipping service. Once dispatched, we will share tracking information for reference. 

As this is an international shippment, you may have to pay import duties base on your country import policies. If you do not wish to cover extra customs charges, kindly avoid placing orders on our website. Feel free to email us to check for nearby local distributors, and we are happy to find a proper solution for you.

Lead time: within one week after we get your order. 

Delivery time: ≥10 working days after tracking is available and varies by destination & shipping option.
